Hullomail Voicemail

Getting disappointed messages for one though as quickly as used to.

When you sign up to Hullomail they provide two numbers, one to call to activate the service and reroute your voicemail to their service and a “deactivate” number to undo this. Here’s what they won’t tell you: THE DEACTIVATE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. I contacted Hullomail support and they just shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn’t their problem and told me not to contact them again. So my choices are: 1, stay subscribed to Hullomail. 2, have no voicemail. I need voicemail on my phone for my work so I have been stuck, forced to stay subscribed for YEARS, throughout price increases, since they are holding my phones ability to take voicemails to ransom. Here it is again if you missed it: HULLOMAIL WILL NOT LET YOU UNSUBSCRIBE. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THEM FOREVER.

On a Lite subscription. Messages go straight to voicemail. Every now and again one will go to the app for reasons that I cannot understand. Quite frustrating given that the cost of the subscription has quadrupled last year. This is the final straw for me. I’m out.

No longer works since I have updated my phone. Each time I try to activate voice mail it displays a list of error messages and fails ! It was very good. Now it is totally useless !

I have had no issues with Hullomail always worked as expected but would be nice to be able to export the voicemail’s so you can keep them and send to others ( might now be available on a higher subscription?)

This app would really help me but Sky mobile numbers are not supported - will this change in future?

I hate the Iron Age style ‘call voicemail to retrieve message’ and end up missing leads due to this - why did I not find this app sooner! Set it up in 2 minutes - tested and it works. Hallelujah!! I get a high volume of business calls which I can’t always pick up so this is going to make a massive difference.

I’ve used Hullomail for many years. It has been very reliable and convenient compared to the minimal voicemail available on three. The one time I had a problem support by email responded quickly and were helpful. As I have two work phones and a personal mobile, I send all my voicemail to one inbox accessible from the app on all three phones. Awesome. I get copies by email so I can easily forward a message to someone else. Got a message from school about your child you want to send to your partner? Done. Got a message from work for a different team, forward it on, done. Well worth the price for the functionality. Just make sure your provider supports call divert, it’s a shame not all of them do.

Reverting to the new release from apple that also includes transcription

Worked fine for a while no does not even open and keeps crashing
