It’s a money pit app. When I upgraded I got zilch. Since the scammers are banking on me upgrading again, I’m not that stupid to keep clicking that button. But I will be contacting Apple to report this app. Don’t throw your money away.
It pains me to say this: Once upon a time I had full functionality of this app and all features worked 100% and it was my favorite app. Then, one day, the paid features part of the app (which I had paid for) suddenly no longer worked. I logged out, logged back in, reported the problem, contacted the owner of the app, and heard nothing back. Crickets. I loved the app so much that I said, “Well, I’ll just pay for a full upgrade again.” Even though I did that, the app kept giving me the prompt, “You have to pay for this feature,” even though I’d paid for the full functionality of the app now twice! I reported the problem again to Apple two more times and never got my money back. Finally, I had to go my credit card company to see if they would reverse the charges and they did.
Paid 15.99 for full access and nothing works. I have closed out of it and restarted but it doesn’t track that I paid. When I try to access any info it asks me to upgrade - the 15.99 states you get access to the full app. Like the other person said. You pay and there is no one to contact to get support or your $ back. Not good
Love human design and the app is just ok, very convoluted. But the real kicker is when you purchase access, nothing happens. Huge disappointment.
I can’t even input my proper birthdate because it stops at 21 for some reason. most of the months are incomplete. this is ridiculous
Paid for upgrade and all it did was take my money
Had the same issue reported here. Went looking for a way to get support and it’s no where to be found. Trying app support here. Fingers crossed….

I’ve had this app for several years. I paid for the additional chart features, have been very happy with it, and use it on a regular basis. I love that all my charts follow me to whatever device I’m using , and I can quickly compose charts on the go. Recently there was an issue with app crashing. I contacted the developer and within hours had a response. Just a few days later the issue was resolved and the app is back to its full glory. Now that is what I called great customer service. I highly recommend it, especially now that most apps are following the subscription model. I also recommend getting Chetan’s books, which provide additional info if your new to human design.
