I have been using this app since my first year of med school and it has been an amazing tool in consolidating my knowledge, interpreting lab values and refining my clinical reasoning skills. I recommend it to all my classmates and residents!

Appealing format which underlines the importance of having a broad initial differential diagnosis. Good cases for both novice and established clinicians.
I really loved this app but after skipping cases that I didn’t want to do the app started to glitch as in show the same 4 cases and a “reload” or “new cases” button. If I clicked reload it would show the same window and if I clicked new cases the same cases still showed. I emailed them and they sent a prompt response asking for screenshots, which I have provided but to no further response. I even tried to delete and reinstall the app, logout and log in thereafter, log out then delete the app then log in again. Unfortunately, no update to fix this glitch. The 2-3 cases that come from Morning report show up everyday but then you are stuck with the same glitch. I really enjoy this app but there has to be some sort of code to reshuffle the cases.
