Description

Humma App helps to improve your breathing through simple humming. Humming is the process of producing a sound as we exhale. The mouth is closed, while the air escapes through the nostrils, and the sound is created at the throat.
Humming helps with extended exhalation and as a result good relaxation. The vibrations produced when humming can increase the release of molecules like nitric oxide which can help us with better breathing and better circulation. You may also feel improved salivation while you practice humming. The health of the sinuses and immune functions of the nasal and oral mucosa can be improved by humming. Slow deep breathing can improve focus, memory, and relaxation.
Please visit https://pranascience.com/ to see some of the videos by Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian, one of the world's leading experts in breathing exercises. You can contact us at [email protected] to set up individual and group classes both in-person and online.
