Game experience, please help

I am trying to play with a friend. In the first round, it was okay, but after that, we did not play together in real time. He has been replaced with a bot. For example, I asked which ranked are you in, he answered he is in 5, and I am playing in 10. We are playing together but we have different ranks. It is not logical that you make us play with friends but only the name of player is indeed in the game, but in reality, I am actually playing/teaming up with a bot. Another thing, when my battery is at 20%, I get a notification that the game failed to sync, and the game automatically stops.

Keep Forgotten lands it is so fun it should be the main mod!
