Love the web version- but the app just doesnt work
I love huntr. Amazing and so helpful. However being asked to log in every time and then to a blank dashboard makes me switch the desktop every time. (I use a company affiliated gmail account- maybe this is helpful in sourcing the glitch? ) Hope it gets fixed soon.
Overall it’s good but app lacks features
The desktop version lets you delete job postings if for example you added one twice by mistake. The app just allows you to shuffle them around. Overall, it is a good tool. You have to apply for 50 jobs these days to get one call back; I’m not sure how else I would keep track of them all if not for huntr, especially since so many things have nearly identical titles.
So helpful!
I Love the formatting and content suggestions. Resumes come out beautiful and the autofill for applications is actually a time saver. I do not review thing, but I will for this one! Get it!
Loved it but now want more features
Not interested in all the AI bells & whistles which produce inaccurate results but would love instead to be able to share link to a job to save in app without having to login every single time or use built in job search. So many jobs come from newsletters and company portals not just job boards.
App Broken
I just made an account and can’t get pass the tutorial. It freezes when I’m prompted to enter a keyword. Hope they fix this
Desktop🔥, mobile app 😓
Huntr is a wonderful tool for organizing your info for job hunting, and putting all important info - JDs, notes, contacts, etc - into one place.
BUT - the mobile app is only useful for managing existing entries. The browser plug-in is far and away the BEST feature of the platform. With the click of a button, I can create a Huntr entry from the JD I am on. Sadly, that functionality doesn't exist when you are using the LinkedIn, Indeed, Otta, etc apps.
So kinda stuck on still using a spreadsheet to enter new applications, then transferring to Huntr whenever I land at my desktop.
Login functionality is not working
I love this app but I couldn’t reach to my account on mobile version. Please fix Login bug.
Please update the app and site
Love using huntr but I personally would like kanban style for dragging categories, not just job listings. Feels outdated to not have it be draggable. Also the app doesn’t reflect the site as much. Searching through jobs doesn’t work on the app. Please update it! Thank you.
iPad - Job Details not properly populated
The job details from a LinkedIn posting do not save correctly. For example, LinkedIn is populated for Company.
I’m giving this a 5 star rating because the iPhone and Mac apps have been a lifesaver!
Extremely helpful app but missing a search function
This app has been a life saver to keep track of my… apps but I found that it’s missing a search function to filter through and find a specific app, in order to change its status.
