Basically a waste of time

I forgot which email I used and since my phone was registered I can’t use different email with new registration. For forget password you should have the option to use phone number instead.

The customer service is very bad!

If the order is cancelled good luck getting back your money. The customer service is the worst. No reply for over 14 days and still didnt get back refund.

the app doesn’t accept apple pay payment even though the option is there . it just never works the app doesn’t also accept credit card payment or sometimes it will deduct the payment without updating the order the app sends way too much notifications when you make an order , duplicate notifications . it is annoying it is a shame that Aramco community department chose this app for their restaurant delivery . i guess i am not surprised , community department never did anything right

Be careful with this application they take the online payment and canceled the order on me twice, and just recently the application went under maintenance after I placed my order and paid. I contact the application support through Whatsapp and continues follow ups. It’s really bad and horrible experience
