My unlimited package stopped receiving text and I can’t call either while my subscription package is still fully active and I didn’t get any message to what the problem might be Please help to resolve

Drops calls constantly

Drops called after 20-30 seconds. I googled a fix and it seems I’m not the only one to have the problem 🤷‍♂️
