No support, and terrible network
Previously there was a cutomer support option but no response for those complaints. Now the support option is also unavailable. So when we encounter a problem with network or any other issues with the service provider or app, who are we to contact and whats the use of no response. I'm sorry to say it feels useless. I have tried 2x home broad band package of 50GB, 11apps package, and now 4G unlimited package over the months- TERRIBLE NETWORK. Complete waste of money. Useless. There is also no customer support fascility or responses to complaints to add as cherry on top.
THE WORST APP EVER
This dumb app does not work properly, Unable to reload. The screen goes blank after submit the card details.

Data is not working properly anymore
I’ve been using hutch for the past 1 year. The speed and the data worked well. But recently my data started to not work properly even though i had good coverage. It was very slow and sometimes didnt even work i had to keep refreshing and moving places. I have good coverage but still hutch is not working. Pls fix this
Slowest internet network in Sri lanka
Thought you provide competitive packages compared to dialog but im back to using dialog axiata.. Bye bye slow hutch
No signal
Hutch was very good and had affordable packages earlier with good signal and now this is worse…no signal even with more than 10gb data available…worst sim atp

I couldn’t make any online payment via this app for months now, It redirects to the blank page instead of IPG, where are your mobile devs and QA 😅
