Hickvision is way way way easier and much much cheaper. The only reason I went with Honeywell was cause they aren’t made in China. But since they don’t work I’m going with Hickvision for now on. So much more reliable

At first the app worked okay, but after an update it crashed. Had to uninstall and reinstall, but the new app asked for an “Authkey” to connect which it did not before. The support manuals do not show this or provide details so I can no longer connect from my phone. Also, going back to search recorded video is a nightmare. Wish it worked more like the ring camera I have at home.

Amazing app does every just as advertised!

App worked for about 1 year. Then started crashing. I did the typical uninstall and reinstall. Restring the app is not working, the Manuel’s are inaccurate and do not match up to the actual app. These guys should be doing a much better job than this. Just get a Ring cam.
