I've created a account on the sight and redownloaded this app I tryed to log in, But I couldn't login.

I am incredibly disappointed by this app. if I use larger text, I cannot reach the button to create an account. The text for a lot of the input fields In account log in or creation is gray on white. Some of the text in this app is orange on white. It’s not possible to put this in any kind of a dark mode. This app is made by people making access technology for low vision and blind people but it clearly was not built for that purpose. I can’t even use smart invert to invert the colors on the phone to make this better. I think the content of the app could be incredibly useful, but I can’t see how a less savvy low vision person could have even created an account and using it with that bright white screen gives me an eye strain headache. Disappointed, but I can’t use this.

Can’t even create an account.I kept tapping the create button with voice over and it didn’t work. I even asked A sighted person to help me but they cannot even find the create button visually. I turned off the voice over on the check box still didn’t work

Hello HumanWare, Every time I open up this app for iOS, it never loads consistently, or fast. It keeps giving me an error message in different languages saying “network request failed.” Please either fix this app, or give it a new update to resolve this issue. Thank you, David

I downloaded this app again today and noticed that the app doesn’t load and I get an unrecognizable error message

Great concept but the app does not work. When you open it it just stays on the status bar and does nothing else

I installed the app today. It keeps telling me that it has an unrecognized token. It won’t let me do anything with the app. Please fix this. I’m calling HumanWare!!

What’s wrong with this program? I downloaded it launched it. And got a message that said network request failed. I am using iOS 14.04 and on an iPhone 11. I wanted to find out how to use the Braille note touch.

Hello, the app is very accessible. But how ever, it’s doesn’t work when you go to create an account. It lets me put all the details nearest thing, but when you click create account it doesn’t do anything. But other than that it’s a great app it just needs some of provement’s.
