Hwy 55

The app is no good if you do not list all your Locations. Shallotte NC has had Hwy 55 for over 5 years now and is not listed on the App.

Glad there’s an app. Pretty simple to use.

Ordered ahead and still had to wait 45 mins a1 hr. Ridiculous! Defeats the purpose of pre ordering. By the time I got my food it was cold and they had to make ice cream so that was an additional wait time. RIDICULOUS! This is why I stopped going there. And confirms why I won't be going back

I love the food and service, but they keep switching rewards programs. Every time they do, I get stuck with earned points that are useless. I was just informed that the rewards program in this app isn’t being used any longer. Also, this app doesn’t even have my favorite location listed that’s been here for at least a decade. So, enjoy the food, but don’t bother with the rewards program nor this app!!

If I could give no stars I would.. tried the mobile app thinking that would be the easy to get my order right. Nothing they gave me was correct ordered fried pickles got these nasty looking chili tots that were coming apart that looked like mush.. I’m disgusted not worth the money at all!!

My location in Athens Tx has wonderful service and great food. So glad we have a good place that’s quick and offers more than just a hamburger. The customer service is outstanding! Thank you!

This app does not work with new stores. The store isn’t “valid” and one cannot use any of the perks. Cannot order or earn points. Either the app should get on the ball or have a notice that one should wait X amount of time before using the app.

Our recent order from the HWY 55 on Wayne Memorial. My cheesesteak was very salty tasting. I do like HWY 55, I got to be mindful about my salt intake. This is a first. I used the app to place my order which worked fine. I wish I could say that about the cook who prepared my food.

My First order they didn’t bring My Concrete….Every order since I haven’t gotten silverware or napkins. They forgot my toast one day didn’t bother to complain! Today I ordered a side salad and a large lemonade the salad came with bacon on it which I didn’t order and I never got the Lemonade…Disappointing because I like the food so this is a dilemma because I’m tired of the lack of quality service.

Tried your app today; needs a lot of work particularly when trying to customize an order. On another note, really liked the old location much better. Staff was friendlier and room was warm and inviting. New location needs help; I suspect there are new owners! Tried a Cobb Salad today; big mistake !
