Rooms are never ‘available’ when one needs them . Endless waste of time phone calls follow but no real solutions Please don’t bother to take the Hyatt club membership

I‘ve had a great experience with your executive Ms. Nidhi regarding booking of my membership vouchers. I would recommend anybody who has issues with booking of vouchers, I would definitely recommend Ms. Nidhi! Kudos to her for her excellent service to me!

Mr. Aman and Ms. Priya were very good in conversation with us. Priya guided us extremely well and had good patience in interaction with us . She also has good rapport with business clients .
