Been following Bex’s Instagram for awhile and got the app not long after it was created. This app is for everyone. I like to mix up my workout routine and have the flexibility to do that and try new exercises. I also really like how friendly this app is to utilize in the gym.

I love how there is a wide variety of fitness content to help support you with whatever you goals may be. The community in the app is also super supportive and helps create a safe atmosphere around fitness.
Love for fitness
While I love strength training I’d hit a block with be motivated to continue doing it. I’ve followed Bex on instagram for awhile and decided to give the app a try. I love that there’s different programs with different goals in mind! I like that I’m able to switch out activities too, based on availability of equipment and sometimes just how I’m feeling that day. Bex mixes strength training with functional movement which has been such a game changer for me! Her app and programs are amazing and she’s quick to fix any issues that may pop up.
Bex is Best
This app doesn’t compare to any other fitness app out there. Bexie creates movements and workouts that are challenging, fun and effective. I’ve been doing her workouts & programs for years and I couldn’t recommend her as a coach more. The community within it is also something you can’t find everywhere. This app makes me feel inspired, strong, and motivated.
multi faceted programs for any level
bex has curated the most unique, well researched, and intentionally curated workout program i have ever used. there are plans for beginner-advanced athletes, runners, calisthenics, and so much more. the wide variety of movements available makes the workouts accessible for anyone at all levels. i have seen my physique and performance increase exponentially in my first five weeks on the advanced athlete program. she is taking my fitness to new levels and i’m having fun while doing these workouts. i love the incporation of calisthenics, plyometrics, and traditional movements like squat or bench.
i would recommend this app to anyone trying to improve their strength, focus on their health, or looking for a way to move meaningfully.
my only request is that this app eventually builds in a calorie/macro tracker. a one stop shop so i can track my meals in the app and log workouts in real time. would be ideal if bex could make it possible.

Best fitness app and coach ever!
I have been doing Bex’s programs for 3+ years and was so excited when she created this app. There are SO many different training programs and also standalone workouts. Each exercise has a video and written coaching notes so you always have plenty of information and instruction. The app is so easy to use and navigate. Also, the sense of community on HHC is amazing. Everyone is so supportive and active in the group message. Bex is always quick to respond to any questions posted. The price of the app is a STEAL based on the quality of the app and the coaching itself. Could not recommend it any more! Try it out, you’ll love it.

This app is so easy to use. Also fun!! The collection of legit great workouts that help you feel athletic and strong for the long haul. Not to mention the gains I’ve made within two months! Bex is a purpose driven coach! Any help you need she is right there and the community is so inspiring!
