Great product - frustrating app
I love the 40 oz traveler I purchased a few months ago. The app however is frustrating to try to use the rewards or earn points. It is requiring me to repeatedly sign in with my HydroJug credentials at each navigation. Correction - this was my own error. I logged out for a few hours and when I opened later, I did not experience the same issues. I just needed to be patient 🤦🏼♀️
