although technology and humans need to meet in the middle - this app opens the door to live events forbidden due to Covid - Bravo!
Completely unprofessional.
We bought the David Bowie show, set for 6pm PST on Bowie’s birthday. 6pm and . . . Nothing. We found out 10 minutes later on Twitter (not HYFI’s Twitter, mind) that the show was postponed because . . . Reasons. To add insult to injury, HYFI sent us an email at 6:30 telling us the show was now available. It wasn’t. To quote another British rock god, we won’t get fooled again.
