My first time using hype via recommendations and had an excellent experience....the host I had was fantastic from the beginning to the end. The driver kept in contact, gave quick response to all notifications given with detailed instructions on how to meet and also understanding to where to leave the car for pickup later. Amazing service provided for luxury cars for airport transfer . I have used their services many times to pick our esteemed guests . Booking online is such a easy process n customer service is responsive too. I saw they r in Dubai too but yet to give it a try!

I booked a Honda city for (8hrs/ 80km) as I had to travel from Thane to Byculla and then back to Thane (no stops) (total of 68km) Our time started at 1:30 pm and we returned at 8:30pm - 7 hrs When I was booking it, it showed me charges of around ₹2600 and then when I entered my location on the app, the price increased to about ₹2944 (which gave me the impression that the garage to garage price was being added) (The car wasn’t even very clean. Coffee stains on the back seat collapsable handles and not well cleaned windows. For that price, I expect a well cleaned car) However the driver was very courteous and drove very well and safely. The next day they send me an invoice of RS 2200 for extra km and extra hours? Whilst making the booking they do not specify the proximity of the garage to your location or how many km the nearest garage is away from your address, and then charges exorbitantly and call it ‘extra km’ When we asked the driver, we understood that the car was sent to Thane all the way from Mumbai Central! And that’s why the extra km? You do not bother to even specify where you are sending the car from ? I would have never booked a fleet if I had known that a car is being sent from Mumbai central to Thane. It’s only common sense! And then you expect your customers to pay for these (extra km) and hours which we are not even aware of ? It is so essential to let your customers know What might be the additional cost. This is ridiculously unprofessional. I’m definitely not booking again.
