It’s ridiculous that I’m expected to scroll through every item just to find my size is out of stock on the app. Please improve your app or just take it down and run the website sufficiently! I was hoping to make a purchase but you just lost a customer; maybe for good…

Quick and easy to place an order on the go !

Seriously. The time an order takes to be delivered is unbelievable. I love hype clothing, however even before lockdown and COVID-19 I order a T-shirt and it took 2 WEEKS to arrive. I’ve ordered some boxers and it has been 5 days and they still haven’t been dispatched. So if I get a reply, don’t use COVID as an excuse.

This has the ability to be a seasoned brand the quality of clothing is great. But the customer service is awful. All email and a 10 day response time.

Waiting 10 days to be told what you ordered isn’t in stock and then having to wait over a week for a reply about your refund, only to be offered something else instead of the refund, then having to wait another week for your refund. 0/10 Absolute joke of a company. USE AT YOUR PERIL! Don’t believe the Hype

App won’t load up for some reason

The app is ok, albeit a little annoying with the notifications. I ordered 15 days ago, only half my order is despatched and the customer service is non existent. I got a reply after 13 days saying one of my items was unavailable, but no explanation as to why it has taken so long to inform me and no refund yet. I keep getting notifications offering 10% off my next order and other things, but why would I order again when I haven’t received the last order yet?? A visit to social media shows others have the same issues and there’s no where to review on there (it’s clear why they’d block that function). I strongly recommend that you find somewhere better to order from, I won’t be using them again.

App is ok, it certainly takes your money quick enough! However 10 days later and no communication from company despite promising same day dispatch and “an on hand customer care team”. Avoid the app to avoid disappointment

Downloaded the app thinking you get 15% off once downloaded but no discount. Also an option to click add free gift to the cart yet the screen goes blank. So unfortunately I have decided to go elsewhere
