I have been actively using the service for a good few months, the app UI is seamless and the support backs it up greatly. Highly recommend the service too - the only transport I use when in town!

Signed up to see what it was about. No way to cancel in the app. Keep being charged £100 even when I get bank to do a charge back. And the phone call centre does not answer. Fuming.

I have received an email for free subscription for a month without paying anything and just to try the app, anyway after the month end I found that a 100£ has been deducted from my account so I went to check the app and because I’m free subscription user I don’t have the option in the app to cancel my subscription in anyway !!!! so I called the number on the app he answered me and he said that he can’t help me and he will inform “Hamza” about it and I’ll receive an email from “Hamza” regard my problem and no one ever emailed me so I been calling the same number and no one picking up so I sent an complain via email and still no one answered very poor costumer service I can’t get my 100£ back supposed yo be free or even canceling my subscription . DON’T RECOMMEND!

I feel like this app was personally built for me, super convenient, insane cars & great drivers. Looking forward to the global expansion!

The website claims that rides start at £35 but for every simulation I did, the cost was £80. And since I paid the monthly fee of £100, I tried several times to book an £80 ride anyway but the rides were never accepted. £100 ripoff!

Flashing lights enough to cause a fit on a holding page basically telling you you can’t use the app and must register for a waiting list. Pass.
