What’s the point of making the app available globally or at least in most EU countries if login is done via a Norwegian National ID? Do you think there are a lot of Norwegian people who change their App Store to another country?

Hyre send me email two months after I rent the car, saying the car damage happened during my rental period, attached the car photos without the car number plate, and the car photos are very very blurry. That is totally insane and unacceptable. Please be careful when you use this app and use Hyre. I recommend to use Hertz or some other car rental company. As they will check the car when you return. Here Hyre charge you 1200USD after two months based on some blurry photos without car number plate! That is totally unacceptable! Be careful guys, think twice before you use or download this app!

I got blocked and this is my first downloading the app and using it, didn’t even get to drive, what term could I break?

Leie bilene er alltid enkle å betjene, super praktisk med app styring. Dette er 3’de eller 4’de bilen jeg leier og har aldri vert noe problem eller merknader ved noen av dem! Har man glemt noe i bilen eller leverer bil for sent så er kunde service supre!

I had to move, the car was 150 m away. I had to extend the time, no problem. Easy to unlock, lock, etc. All went fine 👌

Kjent problem med å levere bilen i appen så lenge man står i garasjen.

Lett tilgjengelig og bra betalingsmåte, men prisen er litt stivere enn de andre konkurrentene
