Description

i-ADU Offical iOS App, This app is developed to enable residence of MBSA, issue or revised complaints by them through the app.

Anyone who wishes to make a complaint only needs to key in details of the complaint, location of the complaint (geo tagging) and attach the relevant photos as proof of the complaint to be sent.

The public can also check the status of their complaints by making a search to view the action taken by the Council on the complaints made.

It is hoped that this would help in facilitating the public to channel their Complaints, Suggestions, Appreciation and Enquiries to the Council effectively.
