Problem with volunteering Contribution
I am using iphone 13 and whenever i want to add contributions, the app close down when I slide to continue” many trial and no solution by kwsp support as well.

Keep extending the maintenance deadline
Started from 11May, supposed to end on 27May, then said 28May, now mentioned 30May!
Old version is better
This old version is better. Why the need to change and download a new version. Just update this version. Now it’s under maintainance since 11 May 2024. It’s taking too long.

why is it taking too long to update? it has been more than a week now. if you want people to move to the new app at least make sure the new app has all the features of the old app. as long as you don’t add the i-invest feature in the new app, i dont see a need to move there. get your act together KWSP.

It seems the developer didn’t do their job as I just updated the app can’t even launch it!!
Cant use fingerprint after updates
I cant use my fingerprint to login, its error. I tried to use forget password function but also error. Please fix it!
