The app was working but suddenly stop. Every time I try to link the cameras the app crashes. I have emailed the support team on several occasions but nobody responds. Tried to access the online support but is not in English.

This has worked excellent since I got but now the app refuses to notify when someone presses the door, just had update today and now only beeps once to say someone has pressed the door, tap to view. Please fix

Once you have mastered the “Chinglish” then it is fairly easy to pair your CCTV camera with an iPhone. After that- good luck.

Today I tried to update software but it states mobile must be 30% charged, after fully charging it still will not update to latest software why ??? PLEASE SORT THIS OUT

It’s pretty easy and quick to set this up with the camera using the QR code scanner, picture looks great. Although a couple of features need to be addressed. The PIR sensor needs to pick up and record quicker, lots of times I have an alert but it will only record the last few seconds of what I want it to show. The next thing which is a major bug bear is the constant vibrating on a notification even if you turn notifications off your phone will still vibrate when it detects movement which is incredibly annoying during the night or other noise sensitive events. These need to be picked up and worked on.
