Great insights

I bought the book for my middle school daughter who was having drama at school . It helped her feel less alone knowing other teens had these same feelings . I was thrilled to see there is now an app And you can easily find the emotion that your struggling with. I love the quotes and encouraging nature , we all need a little help to get through our days sometimes !
