3.主观整体评估（SGA）：可较好地预测住院时间和病死率，在早期发现营养不良上具有潜在优势。
4. 微型营养评估（MNA）：可广泛用于老年患者营养状况的评定。
应用以上工具可对住院患者开展营养风险筛查和营养状况评定，对存在营养风险或营养不良的患者制定营养支持计划进行相关治疗.
