I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended with no luck. I contacted their support email with no response and am not being charged for a subscription I don’t want

App keeps crashing on IPhone XS Max

Just paid to download all the features on the app and now every time I open it it crashes straight away. There’s no way to contact the app Developer to let him know of this issue, so it’s very frustrating. Also I noticed they recreated a similar (if not the same) app under almost the same app name that has had an update so that its compatible with iPhone X’s. I would download this but I just spent $4 something to download this app, I don’t want to do the same thing to have the same issues reoccur. Update the app and get rid of the glitches please...
