Cannot log in.
My teacher have made our accounts for this and I can actually log in at Safari but I downloaded this app so I can have easier access but I can’t seem to log in here.

Everytime i want to log in into my account it refused and keep giving an error message “Your i-LEARN Ace has signed in with other device” which untrue I already log out on devices I mainly use.Please fix this.
