I can connect it through normal Bluetooth but when I tried to find it on app to switch colors and all that stuff, it just don’t appear

For the first few months this was an amazing purchase, I could play music off of it, control the fan to my preferred mode, and change the colors of the lights. But recently it started acting strange. iLink and my Bluetooth fan are having difficulties connecting and it’s getting irritating. My fan will start changing colors, first white, then a darker tone, and then start flashing rainbow. It takes like five minutes to connect it and change it back to normal but then I cannot play music off if it. My speaker is glitching as well. As a result, the only good thing about my NEW fan is the actual fan part of it. I can still can be the wind speeds, but I can’t live with the flashing lights every time someone turns on a light. I lost the controller meaning that I can no longer turn on the fan setting. I wish the app would be able to turn on the fan as well.

I just got this light/ fan thing and I was really excited, but the app won’t download on my phone. I downloaded it on my mom and my dads phones and it worked just fine, which I thought was really weird. It would be awesome if you could fix this because now I can only control it through my mom and dads phones.

I try pairing the app with my ceiling light but it just doesn’t work for some reason! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but this is very stressful 😔

2 years later and still haven’t fixed the loud alarm that goes off beeping randomly when phone is connected through Bluetooth. I’m unsure if this is the culprit but the beeping is super loud and luckily I’ve been home when it does it but when I’m not home it’s happened before and will continue beeping until your turn the light off! Don’t know what the issue is. The musica and sound button on/off doesn’t stay off! It resets itself and is back on as soon as you exit and come back in the iLink app. This is a huge issue and needs fixed. ASAP! Huge flaw in the way this app works. Between that and another huge issue of it constantly connecting my phone sound back to the iLink without my permission and being scared out of my mind when my notications blurt out through the speaker of my light!!!! Two issues. Needs fixed! ASAP!! Thankyou.

The app and the fan is awful. It won’t stay one color.

This app was actually really good, however, it’s not letting me change the colors. Me and my bf are both connected but his works and mine doesn’t. I don’t know what happened but it’s annoying.
