Unworkable app
Can not even log in you member account.. Always error.
My horrible experience
The App password will be automatically locked, and the password cannot be updated. Even if you call customer service, there is no way to solve it. There is no way to book or cancel the room reservation by yourself.
Can’t log in
Never able to set up the password.
Always a problem
Trying to book a hotel using my points and the app is terrible. Why can’t I easily cash in my points?
Please fix the bugs
Every time you try to use the app it forces you to log back in. This problem has existed since your last update.
Can't Login
I can't login using this app But my account works on a laptop. The app seems to have some bugs.
Why is your app so bad
It’s not integrated with its own functions. It doesn’t track my frequent stays at your resorts. And when I go to submit an inquiry on the app your systems asks me for my email and account number, all in the same app. People - this in 2024. Not 1984 when you guys would have issued me a plastic card. Get this right!
Repeated password problems
I keep getting locked out and when iPrefer resets the password the link has expired. I have hotel rooms to book but can’t access my account. I will have to book with another loyalty program.
