写真、スクショは移動できても動画は無理。動画を移動して容量空けたいのに全く意味ないじゃん。

全く動かない
突然
フリーズするようになり、それから何度差し込みしなおしても、電源を入れ直しても直りません。早く対応お願いします。
使えない…
機能がフリーズ状態で、そして一部しか読み込みも出来ず、どーにかなりませんか？
