i9 Sports Mobile Coach

As of October 2024, the app does not work at all on iPhone SE. Like another review mentioned, it opened up to a page where nowhere on the screen responds to touch.

If you’re reading this get your money back, honestly it would just be better to take your kid to the park, the app is junk doesn’t work.

This app will do absolutely nothing when you download it. It opens to a page where not a single button works and you cannot scroll, there is literally nothing that you can do on this app. I was excited to get some coaching pointers for my kids and this along with a first week cancel does not bode well.

Great, helpful app last year. But freezes every time I open it. Is this a bug with the new update?

Can’t login even though my credentials are correct

I can’t log-in. It keeps saying invalid credentials, but I know they’re right. I just changed my password on the website to make sure I was doing the right password on the app and it still says invalid credentials.

Seems everyone has the same issue … for a year. Why would anyone sign up for i9 if you won’t fix this. Going to another league.

This app is just an icon on my Home Screen. The league admins can’t even log into it. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t work. Save yourself time and don’t waste your data downloading it.

This app is useless, you can’t login. It just says invalid credentials which I know are correct because I can use them on the website. I9 in general is showing to not be very reliable due to canceling leagues and changing start times without notifying. Slightly frustrating because when your children are so new to a sport consistency is impart to help them learn and grow. Now I know next time pay a little more for a actual league not just a for fun league.
