Please update was working well. Need to update.

Unable Logten Export. Got some glitches.

The roaster cant be loaded . Emailed and no response .

This app cannot download roster for AirAsia. Email to support but no response. Poor support.

Whilst the app works for what it’s advertised for, I feel the app could be further developed to include things such as duty swap, checking crew briefing reports and to a certain extend looking at the flight plans for the scheduled flight. On another note, the app has been having problems the past few months that results in frustration on my part. I personally find the app accessing a website to get into AIMS details some what disappointing as it doesn’t flow well with the overall quality of the app.

Dear sir, i could not update my roster for this month. Error file could not be saved using specified text coding. Already email support but no reply. (Airasia)

Using the app for a better part of a year no issues but recently unable to Load roster. Emailed the support twice but no response.

Useless stupid app!!

My airline sent me an email stating that this app isn’t built for our airline, which in your list of supporting airlines, my company is listed. Paid for the app, was good for a couple of months and then my company told us to delete this app.

Wish it has more function though. Here’s hoping for an iPhone X update as well.
