I‘ve been using iAnnotate since 2011. I tried a lot other apps so far but iAnnotate is still the best for me. Here are some reasons: - direct access to dropbox - customizable toolbars (hello Goodreader) - very stable (not like Xodo) The only thing I miss is the possibility of reading ebups but I understand that‘s not the scope of this app. So, no problem:-).
I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but the app simply won't accept to register my notes on pdfs. It crashes constantly and formthe moment I'm done with it.
I really enjoy working on iAnnotate. For future releases, a better and smarter integration of the Apple Pencil will benefit the app usability (scroll with finger and work with pen on the selected tool) s
Im Vergleich zur Vorgängerversion läuft das App nicht optimal. Probleme bei der Datenspeicherung und Datenverwaltung.
Thank you for updating the app! It works again now, and it’s great: I use it everyday for my job and couldn’t do without.
Ich habe iAnnotate 3.5 für viele Jahre während den Vorlesungen benutzt. Damit war ich bisher sehr zufrieden. Nun habe ich mir das neue iPad Pro 11‘ mit Apple Pencil (2. Gen.) gekauft und iAnnotate aktualisiert. Ich bin enttäuscht, es gibt häufig Probleme mit dem Display, zum Teil verschoben oder abgeschnitten. Zudem ist die Toolbar nicht mehr gut bedienbar und reagiert oftmals nicht. Des weiteren vermisse ich die Benutzerfreundlichkeit in der Libary. Auch der Einstell-Button reagiert auch nach mehrmaliges Eintippen nicht. Alles sehr schade. Das letzte Update ist schon ein paar Monate her, davor gab es regelmässig Verbesserungen. Schade, wenn die App nicht mehr weiter verbessert wurde.
I LOVE your customisation in the toolbar. Its unique, well thought out and usefull. Until now, i only find deleting notes or markups unintuitive. In my opinion, this should take only 2 clicks (one on the markup and one on the delete button). Right now its three. Also: why is there no „undo“ button? Thats the easiest way imho. Thx for consideration.
Now WebDAV support is included I change from iAnnotate PDF to iA 4 😊. There are still some improvements; points in relation with the file management that was better in iA PDF, but let’s see how fast the support reacts on my request.
I have tried a lot of PDF viewers in my time as a student seeing as I use them every day. And this one is by far the best. It's not perfect but it comes very close!!!
Version 3.5 is far better. This has lost many features.
