Not too bad

I mean… it works

Notifications stops working

All of a sudden the notifications feature stops working for the app for emails. Not good when you have to keep opening the app to see if you have emails when performing an on call position. If they can fix that to work ( all settings are correct for them to come in) it would be great.

Why would I want notifications anyway?

I have to check my phone regularly because the notifications haven’t worked for YEARS. Another quality product from the people who gave Canada the Phoenix system. I have Verse (which is also rubbish) installed on my phone now just for the notification sound btw… because that’s efficient.

Apple or Microsoft ! FREE US from this app !!

It’s the equivalent of blackberry ! Apple freed us from the shackles. Apple or Microsoft you have a HUGE opportunity to take this market over, NOW. And why is IBM in my email life ? it’s never been.. OUT NOW ! Microsoft you are a sleeper, I can’t believe you let this one slide. This is a money grab from IBM

Do NOT use

This app has the worst user experience. This is your last resort. Look for an alternative.

Worst email app ever!

Push notifications do not work reliably. Figure print scan dosnt work to allow access. Slow and cumbersome! Random extra Lodi g and organizing time. Do not bother!

Touch ID does work!

The latest update does not recognize Touch ID. It’s the ONLY app that doesn’t work. I deselect Enabke Touch ID, restart the phone, go back in and enable it again. It’ll work maybe once or Twice but never again after than. Always have to use my passcode PIN.

Forced to use it for work. Really bad, really slow.

This app freezes, lags and constantly forces the passcode to be entered. I’d ditch it in a second if I could.

Worst app I’ve used.

Incorrect Unread email

The mobile app on my iPhone 6 keeps showing that I have an unread email when I really do not. I have tried looking up different ways to solve this problem but no one has an answer for this app in particular. If an administrator really does look into these reviews, I’d love for someone to help me fix this issue as it is misleading and annoying that there is a permanent badge notification for one unread email on this app.
