This app works great.

After just 4 weeks it stopped working . No support for help

Ok, so I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here that seem to be written with passion instead of through the lens of a normal person. I’ll try to be the voice of reason / sanity. General point: not all IPTV players are equal. I always thought I had a dodgy service provider but I have noticed that some players work absolutely fine and others continuously buffer. Really strange! I had no idea how important the player was. Bear this in mind! Does the player work? Yes I have it on my MacBook Air M2 as it is one of very few IPTV players on macOS. This is actually one player that constantly works smoothly and rarely ever buffers. I have no idea why! I also have IPTV Smarters Pro (there are two versions from the same developer) and the original one sometimes works and the new one keeps telling me my username and password are wrong when they obviously are not. Conclusion: this player is actually one of the best I have used. Features: bare minimum. Don’t expect much. You can’t even change the aspect ratio of the video you’re watching. First negative! The video ALWAYS fills the screen. This doesn’t sound bad until you realise that most videos are created for 16:9 or 16:10 and as this players puts zero black bars, the picture looks slightly stretched. I have learnt to tolerate this as it is only slight but it’s crazy that the player does this. If you want a perfect picture, this will not give it to you. Support: does it exist? Technically yes Reality: I’ve sent them multiple messages. Never once received a response. They use WhatsApp so the message gets delivered and read. They simply ignore you. WARNING This app sells you a lifetime licence which sounds great until you realise it’s for a single MAC address. The MAC address is generated upon installation of the app. This means that if you delete and reinstall the app, you will get a new MAC address and your purchase will be lost. As noted above, support is non-existent so you will not get help from them. DO NOT install, purchase, delete and reinstall the app. You will have to pay a second time.

I payed the money and I contacted the customer service and I text them they didn’t activate my account it’s still not active

I bought the subscription for this app thinking is going to be good but is the worse app that I have ever try in my life is lagging freezing and stop by it self.

This app will crash on any click

If there is lower then 1 star I will give it It’s one of the worst experiences I ever had

The person who named him self Yousif who is the activating person and he claims he’s getting you best deal..is the person you don’t want to talk to him even.. obviously they did not teach him how to talk to customers if there was less than one star rating I would’ve put it in here. Hopefully, I will not meet a people ever again.

التطبيق ممتاز ونشكر المطور لكن نتمنى منه معالجة خلل حاصل في تشغيل مكتبة الأفلام والمسلسلات في الاشتراكات بعض الأحيان تعمل بشكل ممتاز وبعض الأحيان تتوقف للعلم جربت الاشتراك مع مشغل bob player والأمور كانت طيبة!
