Difficulté d’ajouter des caméras car il faut d’abord faire un reset de la caméra et ensuite tout fonctionne à la perfection
Doesn’t work anymore
Hi my security camera stop working after Telus was put back in July hasn’t worked ever since can’t call outside of British Columbia Canada we have Telus internet on our reserve how would I be able to get it working again don’t want to waste anymore money to buy a different security camera I paid Amazon $79 plus tax 4 2 security cameras just using the 1st one outdoor I’m not to happy with this security cameras may you please test these security cameras before you sell them to make sure that they are all good working conditions yes China should test them all so that us across Canada could have good security cameras doing their job I’m not happy customer no stars sorry but I won’t b buying this from Amazon ever again
Frustrating and would not buy again
I purchased a pack of 2 of these cameras. They both connected ok. 1 of them worked as expected and I had nothing but problems with the other one from the beginning. Customer service helped me and sent me a second pair of cameras. 1 of those did not work from the beginning and now the second one also does not work. I have 4 of these and only 1 works. Since the latest update, I get notifications from the last working camera but cannot see any video. The screen just spins out. Super frustrated and the cameras are less then 1 year old.

CRASHES every 5 seconds. Crashes when trying to share.

I am familiar with network devices. Routers and configurations. Somehow I cannot add more than one Icam to view on my iPad. I recently received two cams but unable to register both on one app.

Stopped working after 2 months
I purchased with Amazon. Installed 2 months later by an electrician. Stopped working after 2 months. Could get at the cameras due to snow… All trouble shooting indicated it should work… no service or working cameras. Frustrated with Amazon for support a poor product and the vendor . Do not buy
