Fell cheated. Charged me 39.99 for a year 2 weeks later won’t let me access my data now 6.99 a week.

It is not free

My biggest complaint about this is that it says it’s free but you can’t get more than a pulse without the $7/month subscription. They should be upfront about that.

It never worked

Shewinksmi on

I paid for the full year of this app, thinking it could help me monitor my heart rate. I didn’t see any other option than paying for a full year. I could never get it to work. I followed the directions. Every time I took a reading it failed. So I reached out to their feedback line. They emailed me back and made sure I was doing certain things (I was). They had me take a video of my reading. After they viewed it, they said they thought my hand could be unstable. They told me to correct that and if the problem persists to contact the apps support team. I thought I had contacted the apps support team. At this point, I’ve had an app that I’ve paid a full year for, and I’ve never been able to take a reading with, and I’m done trying. I just want my money back.

Misinformation

I purchased this app because it was supposed to test blood pressure. My blood pressure by the app is 120/80. However, my blood pressure by a blood pressure machine was 135/101. The app does not measure sugar correctly either. I am canceling the app and looking for another better app.

Misleading ad

PanampM on

United States

It can measure only heat rate. Don’t buy if you are thinking this can measure blood pressure or blood sugar. For those, you need to measure with other devices and enter manually in this app. Wondering why apple allow such misleading ads .

Not free. Fake

App says free. Once download force you to pay after 3 days trail. Nice bait setup
