The ICAROS App offers a broad range of entertaining and highly effective exercises to build smart muscles, a strong core and a healthy back. Interactive exercise programs by sports scientists and professional trainers ensure highly effective, measurable, and fun workouts for your entire body. Yoga- and pilates-inspired balance exercises, strength workouts and HIIT sessions improve your coordination, power, and endurance.

Information about subscription:
- Please note that "ICAROS App" cannot provide all features without active subscription.
- Price is based on the U.S. Dollar and price may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice.
- Prices for subscriptions depend on the package you choose and will be displayed in the payment screen.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Canceling a trial or a subscription:

ICAROS App integrates with Health app and uses HealthKit for measuring your heart rate. The heart rate is shown during each exercise at the bottom right corner of your device.

Wir nutzen die Geräte in der Physiotherapie. Grade bei Kindern zum Trainieren der Propriozeption sehr gut. Was nervt ist, wenn man die App . 2 Wochen nicht verwendet hat, dann erfolgt erstmal ein Update, der bei schlechten WLAN , gefühlte 15 Minuten dauert. Dann ist die Therapie schon fast rum. Wieso muss man jedes Mal ca. 500 MB runterladen?

ICAROS Mini Games for fitnesss
I am a huge fan of the mini games, they are so different from each other and urge you to use all groups of muscles. And you basically just can’t hop off till your body burns - the leaderboard and competition with other players becomes an addiction!
