It doesn’t even open up on my phone and it’s been few months still not fixed.

Can’t open on phone

App for TV Required

Manlynapolitan on

Australia

App works well…most of the time but it’s 2023. It’s the only sports app I need to connect from a laptop or chromecast (badly) left in this universe. Do something about it. At least an Apple TV or Amazon’s Fire app

Lag and unwatchable

Warlord mills on

Australia

If you liked the lag you got from Dial-up internet then this is the app for you. The commentary voice overs is smooth but the video is more blocky the Minecraft if the screen is bigger then an inch by 1/2inch. No point watching something that you can’t watch more then a frame every second. ICC do better!

Don’t

Treetopdweller on

Australia

Reminds me of the software of the late 80s only worse, simply the worst app on the planet

Never worked…

Missing sport abroad on

Australia

This app literally never worked for me. When I open the app it just says something went wrong and is a black screen. What a complete waste of time. Apple should decommission this app.

Works 50% of the time

Blue3765 on

Australia

If you are able to log in then generally it works well, but logging in is very hit and miss. I think the ICC commissioned first year software engineers to develop this app.

502 Error

Charlie2244 on

Australia

Just keeps coming up with 502 error - remove app try again still the same.

Broken links

Petearker on

Australia

Want to buy a series viewing rights, the link “Buy Now” takes you to highlights video. Raised it with support staff but the are not getting it

Lame can only watch on phone/ipad

Yee boyyy!! on

Australia

The least you can do is have sharing option to watch on tv instead. Not everyone likes watching on small screens.
