The app is complete trash. Crashes when you need it most. And forget about updating your pin if you have mfa enabled. Once you request the code the app will kick you out to the log if screen. It’s an endless loop.
Great app, but if you have more than a couple cards, it gets confusing fast. I have four business debit cards and three personal cards. So does my wife. That’s 7 cards each, with only “business debit” and the last 4 numbers of the card to go by. And that’s not to mention that an average of one card every few months gets hacked by someone online and needs to get replaced with a new one…with new numbers. And if a card is missing, unless you prepare for this exact situation, you usually don’t know the last 4 numbers, so it’s a guessing game. The physical cards at least have the business name written on the back below my name. So yes, great app, but ability to nickname each card would make it 5 stars for me
App doesn’t work, every time I open the app the screen is blank. When I open it through the banking app it loads my card for a split second, then I get the same blank screen. Nothing opens or works at all
I have the banking app open and the card control all open like I’m supposed to but when I try to enable card control I just get a blank screen. Phone call to ICCU gave me advice to clear cache, check for updates and reboot. None of these worked so I guess I can’t use it. Disappointed.
App isn’t working for me anymore, and I really loved it and found it extremely helpful and convenient. Not sure what the deal is, and I’ve tried several things to fix it. Seems like the new mobile banking site and the card control app don’t work well together? Hope it gets figured out! Thank you for your services, ICCU! You’ve always been so vigilant and kind.
Shouldn’t need to apps, other than that it works great.
I love this!!! It has saved me twice from having withdrawals made from internet UNAPPROVED transactions!! I could not be happier! Thank you Idaho Central Credit Union, you rule!
I have an issue I don’t know if anyone else has this issue but I have to launch the app twice to get it to enable Face ID. It never does it on the first launch of the app. It’s a minor inconvenience but it’s super annoying. I also rarely see this app needing any updating which for a bank app doesn’t seem very secure. I love ICCU and I know they pawn the app and development off onto someone else or a different company but seriously could use some ui improvements. Also I can’t see my checking and routing number in the same place and you have to go looking for both separately. Please make the app better.
You can only open this with the ICCU app or else it bugs out reloading the same screen over and over.
