Do not upgrade!
This "upgrade" cut the bonus points and the bonus radius, effectively cutting income by a factor of six or so, and making most of the decorations completely pointless. Had invested in high bonus decoration, and now have over 100 useless Palm trees (worth 1000 hard earned harts) and 650 snow turkeys which cost 65 million and are now worth 7% each.
