The chat option keeps kicking me out and starting over, phone agents can’t give me an amount for refund. It’s a simple question I’ve been trying to get answered for 3 days.

No reason and exlpanation for dnied boarding and not enough compensation as promised after a few months, trash customer service.

will probably try to avoid flying again. every airline that isn’t delta needs to go out of business and be acquired bu delta like how is every step of the entire flight and airport process so hard for y’all

Dose not sync with user profile on web site have renter all my stuff

Wanted to change seats, said it was a cost but wouldn’t say how much, went to next to see, showed the cost, I decided I didn’t want to pay it but the app refused to let me have my original seat back forcing me to pay, then won’t accept my payment! Note I don’t know if I even have a seat!

I have checked in 7 times and it still says i have not checked in because it glitches right at the end every time.

Should know my booking information when login with my booking information

It is so nice to see a well written and usable app! All kinds of handy features like a one touch copy of booking reference. Love it! Keep it up

Trying to navigate the Iceland air app is awful. Double charged for meals (it didn’t show as purchased so tried again) credit card charged twice. Won’t allow me to get my boarding pass. Checked it and now it won’t show my flight information. Very frustrating. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge as credit card won’t cancel until charge goes through then it will be too late!

After check in, I went to view and save my boarding passes for the two legs of my journey. The first one was totally blank and I could only see the second half of my journey. I had to go to the web site to get both boarding passes. Up until then the app was fine.
