This is a very good app and l recommend it to everyone.
Almost perfect
Great product - customer service / technical issues are a nightmare - generic automated responses ….. need to do better

Gave 5 stars because I was honestly confused by something in the app, but I messaged their support team and had a very useful set of screenshots within the hour. Turns out I had a blind spot, but they’ve pointed it my mistake and helped me. Best of all, it was a human being on WhatsApp so genuine communication
Update required
When coding on an eicr. The coded lines are not recognised in the observations list. Great otherwise but this should be updated for ease of use
Bit dated now
Feels a bit dated nowadays and not worth the money as you need separate subs for each app. One sub used to cover the 3 apps. Bit of a scam tbh Also, Be aware if you don’t continually resubscribe they lock all your previous certificates. Make sure your you download them and don’t store them within app. Again, bit of a scam. Used to love it but far better options nowadays
Shocking customer care
App is ok, few glitches and improvements needed. As others have already said customer support person behaves like a petulant child. If I was starting fresh I’d use electraform or easycert An update on my previous review. Have just filled out two EICRs. Once compelted and saved I attempted to delete some old report with no saved name(likely ones I never finished and started new). The app crashed three times in a row when deleting these unnamed EICRs. Have now lost the two EICRs completed today.
Does The Job
Like most industrial applications they can seem behind the times and be cumbersome to use. However, this application allows fast and precious data input with professional interfaces for the customer. One thing to note, we need fast and reliable data logging from testers to software via applications to make workflow faster. The industry is way behind on this as Cert Suite and similar applications aren’t up to the job yet.
Need all in one back
This software I’ve been using for years and tbh the early days it was much better. When I first bought this software it was all in one so I had electrical, fire, emergency light and pat testing all in one. Now it’s separated and individual subscriptions costing daft money. Hopefully I’ll find a alternative all in one that’s more cost effective. Shame as I’m a long time user of this software and I hate changing. Money first though I’m afraid.
