This app has clearly not been through its UX team. Lots of bad experiences with using the app. Please hire a UX team.

Have some shame and hire professionals to develop a decent application that works!

App doesn’t work very well. One day work good. Then next day does not open look like stuck.

Useless app. Need to delete and reinstall the app every time I need to do a transaction.

Used the service for a longer time. M2I is the best service

Worst banking app I have ever seen. Transactions fails but money gets deducted from account. Most of the features have bugs.

The app requires US person to provide Birth Date, SSN etc., why would a money transfer app need this personal information? They are already getting the US bank information that has approved “legal” verified financial information. ICICI has Indian legally approved financial information. The worst ICICi and Money2India doesn’t provide any information in their FAQ as well. How our personal data will be used etc. There was no way to give anything less than 1 star otherwise I would have done that. Disappointed.

I have an outstanding experience in using the app they have a good promo codes and I get good exchange rates as well the speed to transfer is very fast , I have added people from both accounts Icici and non Icici bank and the amount transfer is just great ..I recommend this app to all

Lots of bugs in the app. Terrible UI & outdated technology. Not using FaceId or TouchId. Moreover transaction is under processing since 3 days & upon enquiring, the support agent saying it will take 5 business days excluding weekends & public holidays. Wow!!! Which time are we living in?? Better to use Western Union or Remittely. Don’t waste your time with this nonsense app. 👎

Too slow and way too many bugs. Don’t have high confidence on security posture of this app.
