Most of the time app say unable to fetch your details.

Payment gateway is very poor. Highly not recommend

I have made the payment through your app via online banking unfortunately amount was debited from my bank but same not reflecting on my personal premium. As a customer i am disappointed with your app and service. Highly not recommend this app

App Crash

Kindly check on why the app crashes , I am based in Middle East.

Asks for email id always even though Face ID is activated

Asks for email id always even though Face ID is activated. Then OTP need to be generated each time for logging in. This is very frustrating. Sometimes OTP doesn’t come. Please rectify this bug. FACE ID was working perfectly for the previous version.

Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service. Calls with specific queries will be answered on the standard format With nowhere having any reference to the actual issue or addressing solution.

Application Issues

Always says server not responding, not able to change password also 😩 When tried to change the password it saying null ..... pls resolve these issues ASAP.

This is not working, Always comes as server busy
