Mutual fund order book
Where is mutual fund order book?? It remains blank. Please advise.
Very poor customer care, no support at all
Not user friendly app, worst Cusotmer care , app if full of bugs , really don’t want to refer anybody
Updated app features
Positive- Good updates and easier on the eyes. Previous version was good already but commendable upgrades and fine tuning. Missing - daily P&L (value and %) was a good reference point. Pls bring it back in the app. Thank you.

Not enough informations as axis direct app.
New
New application don’t hv options and proper view Old one is much better
Very bad upgrade
New app is not at all good compare to the old app. Nowhere near to the competitor’s app. It does not show the unrealised p&l amount and avg price which was helpful to take decisions, and screen is black which i dont prefer. It need major improvements.
New version app is not so good
I’ve been using old ICICIdirect app since more than 13 years and recently used the new app(the current one) Frankly in my view& experience as a user, the old app is much more convenient and user friendly compared to this one. This might have more features but very poor user interface and UX. I m always forced to switch back to old application and I afraid, if ICICI a direct stop allowing use of old app, they’ll sure loose me as customer and also many I guess. New all needs many UX improvements and redesigned customer use experience. It’s simple not convenient and helpful.
Not able to login
Not able to login and if we enters the password app keep throws the create password validation error
