Despite encountering some challenges along the way, it's evident that everyone involved pours their heart and soul into making this product the best it can be. I have personally found the app to be incredibly useful and user-friendly. Its features have greatly enhanced my experience, and I believe it has the potential to benefit many others as well. It's disheartening to hear about the negative reviews that have been posted, especially when they fail to acknowledge the effort and commitment invested in the app's development. This app was crucial in helping me launch as a spin instructor. It really allowed me to plan thoroughly and then rely on the program that I built, knowing the app was going to do the heavy lifting so I could really be in the moment with the class. I wasn’t worried about remembering drills - just focused on delivering them and living in the moment! Thanks for your tireless efforts Gino!

I searched for a way to get rid of all my paper cue notes that I once used when instructing my indoor cycle classes. I found this app several years ago and now I don't think that I could teach my classes without it. I don't believe there is any other software out there with this level of functionality for providing workout cues synchronized to music. All of my playlists and cues are in the app and I can easily pick a playlist to use or even makeup a new playlist using my existing songs and cues. As mentioned by others, there is a learning curve and I recommend that you tryout the software while watching the instructional videos on the web site. Overall, I am very satisfied with this software and I highly recommend it to all cycling instructors and especially new cycling instructors - Give it a try! The app has had a few connectivity issues over the years but I still give it five stars because the issues were quickly addressed and no other app of this type has this level of functionality.

I love this app. Gives me confidence to lead a class effectively and efficiently. When an unexpected problem pops up the attention to get it fixed is immediate.

I use this app on my iPad while I’m teaching class. It feeds my cues without fail, right along with my playlist. Overall, I’ve upped my game with this app, and can relax and have fun as I teach, knowing the class I built will appear right on time with the music.

I absolutely feel so grateful for the class builder app. It makes it so much easier to teach my class since I can program in all my cues and time it with the beat of the music. Coach Gino is the best and always personally emails if there will be any updates or glitches, which let’s be honest, pretty much all apps will have a hiccup here and there, but this is the only app I have where I get personal communication of any changes along with a chance to write back and get a human response. Thanks, again, for helping me inspire all those in my class through the ability of having my class organized and cues timed. I love how I can also print the PDF of the class instruction as a back up. Yay! I’m a class builder player lifer!

I have been using this app for years and couldn’t live without it! When problems arise the developers address it immediately - they have worked very hard to provide a great app!

As a long term user of iclassbuilderplayer I have nothing but praise and admiration for the very high quality and ease of use for my indoor cycling classes. During its development the usual “growing pains” have occurred but Gene Nacey and his staff have always been available to both hand hold and provide advice and encouragement until a solution was found. I have also been impressed with how easily my students can adapt and understand the classes I present using this product. As an instructor with numerous indoor cycling certifications and over 60 years of indoor and outdoor cycling I routinely state this product is my “gold standard” for indoor and outdoor cycling. I love this app! This provides a resource for me to choreograph my music ahead of time. By doing this, I can have a great class. Everything is on queue and then I can focus on the ride for the participants. Gino is always helpful when it comes to support. He even went as far as doing a zoom meeting so we could get to the bottom of some of my questions. Thank you Gino for all of your hard work and your expertise!
