Very good but annoying at times…

Very good apps but sometimes, when I scan the ISBN, it comes up with LabStar health products!??????

Don’t update!!!!

Just updated to latest version and went on to app only to find it EMPTY and all my books gone. And then forcing me to register. There was no warning of this in the update. I’ll go find another app now, won’t be using this one again.

Disappointed

Worked perfectly for the first five books and then did nothing. No scan. No photo. Froze. Tried everything. Nothing happened. What a shame. Thought this was going to be really good.

Love the app but hate it when it crashes

Love the app. Been using it for years. But this is the second time there is a glitch and I have to rescan all my books again. After the last update some of my books duplicated and some disappeared. Now I have to scan them all over again.

Glitchy

Since it changed over I have had problems. Authors’ names have been incorrectly changed. App doesn’t keep saved corrections. App doesn’t show all books I have recorded. App throws me out when I try to scroll to a specific letter. App throws me out randomly.

Complete rip off, Shame on you

I have been using the app sort it for years now and have my collection of books and absolutely adored it. How dare you, icollect to charge me 8.89 dollars to continue using and to also have to have an account bcs I have more than 50 books! I will export my data and close the account you thieves and i am sure this data you have been collecting for free you are selling to the publishers I will demand to delete the one i provided you.

Updates aren’t always good

Not sure which App the review is now for. But whatever update iCollect Books has just created made the transfer of my collection extremely time consuming to resolve. Multiple book cover images have disappeared and many replaced with low resolution copies. The previous book shelf layout seems to have disappeared which was an excellent way of viewing categories. All in all it appears another clever clogs decided his view of presentation was better than the status quo. With nearly 700 books on there checking and rectifying defeats the purpose of putting the information on there in the first place. Certainly a step backwards.

Could be better

Only lets you add a dozen books before asking for subscription....

Rubbish

The default colour scheme obscured the menu - didn’t anyone check that? The export as text (what I bought it for) is absolutely useless - it places massive amounts of gibberish into the text rendering the resultant useless. This app is so incompetent I feel like I’ve been scammed, which is a first.

Is not working..!

Suddenly, the app stop to work and all of my list of books has gone.. Why??
