Would have been nice to know about the 30 movie limit before spending 2 hours scanning in and updating all the images because the ones it pulls from its database are a dozen pixels max. $30 is wayyyyy too much for this app.
My old movie inventory app was discontinued. ICollect Movies was a great upgrade. Love the bulk import function. I added over 200 movies in less than 1/2 hour (the ones without barcodes slowed me down a bit).
While the app seems really nice, I want it to store my movie collection so I can remember what movies I have and don’t have while at the store. I started scanning in my movies, then it alerted me that 30 movies is the limit on the free version. Will be deleting this app as it will not benefit me.
I was going along just fine scanning my dvd’s and once I reached 30 it let me know that I would have to pay $29.99 to do unlimited scanning. There was nothing that indicated that when I downloaded the app and started using it. That should be stated upfront.
Only lets you add 30 before you pay
This is a great app. The only thing I would add is being able to add in the condition of the DVD so if I’m out or see a great condition of the same dvd I can replace is with a lesser condition that I might currently have. But otherwise a great app.

Lately I’ve notice a high volume of pornography and CHILD PORNOGRAPHY FOTOS in the picture library. I have reported many and still it doesn’t seem to improve or change. For that itself I’m change to another app. Yeah you can place your collect but not if your offline. So it’s pointless without internet
I have a lot of dvd’s and was looking for a way to catalog all the movies I have so I don’t accidentally buy a duplicate. This app started out great and it’s convenient that I can just scan the barcode of the movie and it automatically adds all the information in and sorts the movies. Unfortunately, there’s a 30 movie limit before it wants you to purchase more space. If I only had 30 dvd’s, I probably wouldn’t need to use the app to catalogue them. I do appreciate that it’s a one time purchase instead of a subscription but it’s $30. Had it been $5-10 I might have considered it but $30 is a bit much. This might work better for a small business that wants to keep track of their inventory but unfortunately it won’t work for me.
