I used app many times in past . It used to convenient. However lately depending on location you park rules always change. All of a sudden you can get overcharged. Don’t assume just because you prepaid your parking spot that’s the amount you are going to be paying .

Don’t use icon they say you can make a reservations but don’t tell you they are a limited number then the app gives you an error. It doesn’t tell you the limit has been reached.

The vehicle request does not work in app. You have to use the website which is difficult to use on your phone. Really frustrating.

Request your car on the app does not work. After I have reloaded the app several times and put in the proper information with the parking attendant with the correct account number still the request your car app does not work.

This app gets worse with each downgrade. I actually prefer the days I would just text the garage and they retrieve the car. Now it is step after step and in the end, I get either a server error or the garage never gets the message. Garbage.

The recent update rewrorkes the UI, which is much terrible. Promo codes don’t showup. Accessing favorite parking lot isn’t user friendly.

can not delete car requests so that there are so many old undeleted requests cant see current ones… current ones dont always appear and have often showed up in garage only to find out they never received request Please fix

Need to request my car. Have gotten used to the 7 click throughs needed to do this (why??), but the submit button now is hidden under the menu bar.

In the app you input you car make and model. You pick a parking and it presents you “your prices” that you pay. When you show up thinking you have prepaid the garage then determines if the car is oversized or not and then they charge an additional $15 plus a “convenience fee” of $1.99. When questioned they said the system does not use the info you put in the app for make and model when presenting prices. So it’s a bait and switch app. Don’t bother using.

I have a monthly garage spot. We used to have to text to make sure our cars are ready, but now we need to use this app. I sent in a request last night, but when I got to the garage, they didn’t have it. For some reason, it got closed a couple hours ago. Now I’m standing here with my dog, holding a car seat, and my wife is standing around with our baby waiting. when the app works, I can usually expect multiple notifications with the same info, for no obvious reason. I have another request for my car from weeks ago that still shows up in the list, and I can’t cancel it. In summary, I make mobile apps for a living, and this is about as bad as it gets.
